1.3 Platform Access and Availability

gkw22 targets uptime of 99.9% but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance via account dashboard notifications where reasonably practicable. gkw22 accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, including during live sports events, provided such unavailability is outside gkw22's reasonable control.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sports betting market.
Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors in sports betting odds. Any winnings derived from a clear technical error are not valid and will be voided.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by Player

Before submitting a closure request, please ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that any remaining real-money balance has been withdrawn. gkw22 will process account closure requests within 5 business days of receipt. 7.2 Suspension and Closure by gkw22

gkw22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
Multiple account creation.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, gkw22 will endeavour to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the player via their registered email address, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a voluntary self-exclusion via the Account Settings panel or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods available are: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and you will not be permitted to reopen or create a new account. Self-exclusion periods shorter than permanent cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Limitation on Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gkw22's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall gkw22 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, even if gkw22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 Force Majeure

gkw22 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond gkw22's reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, civil disturbances, government actions, or any other event of force majeure. In such circumstances, gkw22 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise the impact on players and to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

8.4 Third-Party Game Providers
